Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.

All framed artworks are carefully bubble-wrapped and packaged in a sturdy art box, complete with appropriate labels.  Unframed works on paper are placed in protective plastic sleeves and shipped in either a sturdy flat mailer or tube.

Framed artworks are sent via courier or Australia Post. Delivery times vary based on your location, typically taking 7-10 business days.

Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of the item and apply only to deliveries within Australia.  For quotes on international shipping, please contact us directly.

Local pickup is available from Denmark, WA; please select at checkout.

Return Policy

We take great care in packing each artwork for shipment. 

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately before returning the artwork.  When we are contacted within 14 days of delivery, we will arrange for the artwork to be returned, replaced or refunded.   We kindly ask that you email us a photo of the damage for our records and to use in dealing with the courier/post office.

A refund will only be issued once the artwork has been returned to our studio in its original condition via courier/Australia Post which provides tracking, insurance and signature on delivery. The buyer is responsible for return shipping.

Due to the handmade nature of these artworks, unless they arrive damaged, the following items cannot be returned, exchange or refunded.
